Como configurar o seu equipamento
Para fazermos as configurações do seu equipamento, o mesmo deve estar previamente cadastrado no ERP. Caso não tenha feito, você pode ler o artigo que explica como cadastrar um NOVO RASTREADOR.
Depois de cadastrado, iniciaremos o processo de configuração para fazermos a integração com a plataforma de rastreamento.
Basicamente serão enviados comandos por meio de SMS, onde digitaremos as mensagens de texto com os respectivos comandos e enviaremos para o número da linha.
Antes de iniciar o envio dos comandos de configurações:
- Instalar o SIMCARD no seu equipamento. Vale relembrar que as informações de APN, usuário e senha são importantes para que a comunicação com a plataforma seja realizada.
- Instalar o equipamento respeitando as informações de acordo com as cores dos fios:
- Fio Preto – conectar ao negativo da fonte ou terminal de aterramento.
- Fio Vermelho – conectar ao positivo da fonte de alimentação (12V).
- Fio Branco – conectar à ignição (12V).
- Fio Azul – pode ser usado e configurado como uma Entrada 1 (opcional).
- Fio Laranja – pode ser usado e configurado como uma Entrada 2 (opcional).
- Fio Verde – pode ser usado e configurado como uma Saída 0, como por exemplo o relé de bloqueio.
- Fio Marrom – pode ser usado e configurado como uma Saída 1 (opcional).
- Fio Amarelo – pode ser usado e configurado como uma Saída 2 (opcional).
– Agora podemos iniciar o envio dos comandos com as mensagens de configurações básicas para seu equipamento:

Por exemplo, se for a APN da Algar: !RP,2306,0,tracknme.algar.br

Agora é só confirmar na plataforma se o equipamento está comunicando e atualizando suas informações. Caso contrário, verificar se o chip está funcionando, se o cadastro está correto e revise os comandos enviados.
